Yes. For £8 you can have the jacket gift wrapped and include a personal card with your individual message. Please select the option at checkout or email Lucy, Jess & Chloe on email@example.com if you have any questions about this service.

SIZING, FIT AND FEATURES
I DON’T NORMALLY BUY BRITISH SIZES. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
When placing your order, you will be ordering a BODA size. To work out what BODA size you are, please look at the size guide on each product page. Each size guide will show the measurements of each jacket.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
To find the correct size for you, please read the size guide on the product page. Each product has a size guide with measurements that are specific to that item. There is also individual fit information on the product listings where you can find out more specific information regarding fit and sizing. HOW DO I GET MY CHEST, WAIST AND HIPS MEASUREMENTS?
Wrap a tape measure around your back, across your shoulder blades and under your arms. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor. It must also wrap around the fullest part of your bust.
You should measure the narrowest part of your waist, between your rib cage and belly button.
Take the measurement around the fullest part, which is usually 7" to 9" below the waist.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes – we ship to over 80 countries. All items are can be tracked online, and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your new jacket gets to you safely.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
Once dispatched, orders are normally delivered in 3 - 5 days to any location worldwide with Standard Delivery. FedEx Express shipping is 1 - 2 days. Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, but please allow a little longer during busy periods.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
We will deliver your jacket any where in the world for £10. All items are can be tracked online, and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your new jacket gets to you safely. FedEx Express shipping is £22.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY JACKET HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?
As soon as your item has been dispatched we will send you over an email with your tracking number.
DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES ON MY ORDER?
We ship all orders from Manchester, England, so if you are shipping to the UK there will be no additional costs. We cover duties + taxes on all orders shipped to the USA + Canada. If your order is being shipped to the EU or Australia, there might be extra charges. If there are, these will be calculated at checkout and you will be given the opportunity to pay for these when you check out. If you are shipping to anywhere else in the world, there may be additional charges. You will be able to find out an approximate cost from your local governments website.

We are that confident in the quality and fit of our products, we have introduced free worldwide returns and have extended our returns policy to 100 days to give you peace of mind before ordering. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Yes. It is really important to us that you get a jacket you love, so if you want to exchange your jacket we are more than happy to do this for you for free.
You can request an exchange by heading to the Returns Manager.
You have 100 days to return your jacket for an exchange and 14 days to return your jacket for a refund.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Yes. You can request a refund for your order via the Returns Manager, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your refund request has been confirmed, please follow the steps to send your order back to us free of charge.
